Here’s how it works:

Once you decide you’re ready to build a body that is equipped to tackle the demands of daily life, start by filling in an application:

  1. I will review your application and schedule a discovery call.

  2. If together we decide to be a good fit and you wish to move forward with the program, we will hop on an intake call to discuss everything from goals to diet, stress, and pain complaints.

  3. An extensive, full body, comprehensive virtual movement assessment will be done via videos.

  4. Using findings from your assessment and with your goals in mind, I will develop a personalized, full body, all encompassing program that addresses your limitations and needs.

  5. Throughout your committed time frame, you have unlimited, daily access to me (a movement expert and rehab professional) via chat, phone call, video call etc. to discuss flare up management, modify plan as needed, and form check along the way.

  6. Programs will be updated as needed to address your specific goals and to progress your program as you get stronger.


I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 12 years of experience helping clients get rid of their pain so they can move and thrive in their life. I am board certified in orthopedics and work with clients with everything from low back, to hip, neck, shoulder, ankle, and knee dysfunction. I also treat people with dizziness and the TMJ. I myself have been an avid fitness fanatic since I was a collegiate athlete and have carried that passion into my 30’s. I would even dare to say that at 37, the best shape of my life lies ahead of me.

Along with all of that, I am a mom of 3 and know first hand how important it is to be able to trust your body to keep up with the demands we put on ourselves during the daily grind. I believe the key to building that trust is a commitment to nourishing your body with movement that is intentional and custom to your needs.
